We consistently optimize our production processes and improve manufacturing & testing equipment, strive to a higher quality production. Many of our manufacturing, assembling and testing processes have been automated by machines, it not only increase productivity and reduce error rate, but also improve AOOD sliprings’ performance through more precise processing.
We also built our own machining centre and clean room to meet the demand of higher quality standard slip rings.
High quality production is essential to AOOD’s standard slip rings and customized high end slip rings. It enables AOOD’s slip rings have more reliable performance and longer lifetime under the condition of same design and same materials, and greatly reduce the defect rate.
